SHIPPING

All orders ship from Los Angeles, California and are processed Monday through Friday.  Most orders will ship within 1-2 business days.  For larger orders or during holidays and sales, please allow for additional processing time. Orders do not ship on weekends or on the holidays listed below:

We currently ship via UPS Ground with a flat rate of $8.95 for all orders under $75.  We offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING on all orders over $75 (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico). 

REFUNDS + EXCHANGES

We want you to be thrilled with your OURO purchase.  We gladly accept returns and exchanges for unopened, unused merchandise only.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your item up to 15 days after it is received.

To start a return or exchange, please email hello@ourolosangeles.com 15 days of receiving your order and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) to start the return.  PLEASE NOTE: If you paid for shipping for the order you are returning, those shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.  Once your item is received and accepted by our quality control department, we will process your refund within 5 business days.  If you requested an exchange, your new item will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

We reserve the right to reject/deny any items that appear used or damaged for returns and/or exchanges.
