First time orders require payment with a credit card.  Credit cards are processed at the time of shipment.   

Accounts that have not placed an order in the last twelve months are subject to be treated as a new account.  Net 30 terms will only be offered upon approval of credit. 

We reserve the right to terminate any wholesale account at any time at our discretion. 

We do not accept returns for wholesale orders. All claims for shortages and/or damages must be reported to us within 5 days of the receipt your order.
